Your contribution :
Reporting directly to the Sr Manager Total Rewards EMEA region this role will be charged with driving analysis and execution of critical total rewards projects designed to improve market competitiveness, process integrity and employee experience within the EMEA region. The types of projects will cover the full range of the total rewards (e.g. job evaluation, compensation structures, annual incentives, international mobility, insured and in-kind benefits, etc.) and encompass elements of both program design and process execution offering the incumbent a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to the full spectrum of total rewards programs.
Responsibilities Contribute and / or occasionally lead regional Total Rewards projects.
Partner with HR colleagues to understand challenges and pain points related to compensation, benefits and other reward programs in attracting, motivating and retaining high quality diverse talent.
Support insured benefit program administration in coordination with global benefits consulting partner.
Participate in the implementation of new job architecture and compensation structure project with focus on the EMEA region.
Analyze and validate the effectiveness of compensation and benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness and achievement of enterprise objectives, enabling attraction, reward and retention of top talent.
Drive operational excellence and innovation in all total rewards programs.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, compliance and progressive processes to achieve higher levels of organizational excellence.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of total rewards programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Fluency in English
University degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business or related field.
Solid years of progressive experience in Total Rewards / benefits with emphasis on European countries (Germany, France, Spain).
Excellent analytical skill with ability to translate data into compelling stories to influence stakeholders and drive program improvements.
Excellent Microsoft Excel data manipulation and analysis skills.
Driven self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to operate autonomously.
Creative thinker with grasp of both the art and science of total rewards program design and administration.
Experience with European rewards programs and knowledge of the market and social infrastructure.
Strong interpersonal presence and ability to interact with stakeholders at varying levels.
Ability to align total reward program design with HR / business strategy and adapt programs accordingly.
Exposure to or experience with works councils is a plus.
