As a key member of the function, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will report directly to the People & Organization Trading Director and play an essential role in shaping and implementing strategies that drive employee growth and organizational performance across Moeve Trading.
We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Trading Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take ownership of the recruitment process and contribute to the development of Moeve's employer brand. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple functions and levels within Moeve Trading.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business goals, workforce planning, and role requirements.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
Identify and engage candidates through various sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
Promote Moeve's employer brand through active participation in networking events, online engagement, and partnerships with relevant institutions.
Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information, ensure process efficiency, and support data reporting.
Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives related to onboarding, employee engagement, and talent development to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
Stay informed about industry and labor market trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance Moeve's talent acquisition practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
~2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related field.
~ Proven experience managing multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
~ Proficient in digital tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
~ Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken);
