Senior Lighting Artist

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity : Original Sin 2 is looking for a Senior Lighting Artist to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and stylistically consistent lighting for in-game environments and cinematics in collaboration with the art director, art leads and the cinematic team.
• Ensure consistency in lighting across various scenes and locations, balancing artistic goals with gameplay clarity and technical performance.
• Set the visual benchmark for lighting across the project, working under the Art Director in collaboration with the Technical Art team to define workflows, tools, and standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimize lighting scenes to maintain high visual fidelity within performance budgets on multiple platforms.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level lighting artists, helping them grow and uphold the studio’s quality standards.
