About the Role

The Product Security Manager position is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive Secure Development Lifecycle program across the entire product portfolio. This involves ensuring security and privacy by design, from pre-market development to post-market surveillance.

This role requires developing and implementing global security strategies, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing the implementation of security controls. The Product Security Manager must also ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a central Secure Development Lifecycle program

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a DevSecOps pipeline and culture

Conduct third-party vendor and supply chain risk assessments

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Develop training programs to educate employees on product security best practices

Represent the company in industry forums and working groups related to product security

Requirements

Engineer or computer science degree, or equivalent work experience

7+ years of experience in product security, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role

3+ years of software development experience
