We are offering you to join our team as an HL / OOG Specialist (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Madrid!

Main responsibilities :

• Technical Solutions & Project Planning :
• Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics, including route surveys, lifting plans, and cargo securing strategies.
• Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL / OOG cargo, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Supplier & Sub-Contractor Management :
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key sub-contractors and service providers for project execution.
• Negotiate terms, manage performance, and ensure alignment with project requirements.

Route and Transport Mode Selection :

Use of Technology and Software :

Utilize specialized logistics and project management software to plan, track, and optimize cargo movements.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, project documentation, and communication logs.

Our expectations :

5+ years of experience in OOG or heavy-lift logistics , preferably within an international context.

Proficiency in specialized transport equipment and heavy machinery for oversized cargo.

Experience of working with multinational teams and managing complex logistics projects.
