Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment
Location : BrandEd - Vogue College of Fashion, Madrid
Contract : Full-time. Initially covering a maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent contract afterward.
BrandEd is a holding company that includes Sotheby’s Institute of Art, The School of The New York Times, Vogue College of Fashion, and Manchester City Sports Business School. Our mission is to empower lives through education by delivering relevant, experiential courses taught by industry experts from top brands. Our programs range from Pre-College to master’s degrees, with locations in Madrid, London, and New York.
Vogue College of Fashion launched its first master’s program in partnership with Carlos III University of Madrid 20 years ago. In 2023, it became part of BrandEd, which also includes The New York Times School, Sotheby's Institute of Art, and City Football Leadership Institute. BrandEd aims to develop compelling educational programs in collaboration with the world’s leading brands.
Vogue College of Fashion plans to expand its educational offerings to become a leading institution in Spain and Latin America.
The Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment will oversee admissions and recruitment for Vogue College of Fashion’s programs, primarily in Madrid, with support for London and other campuses. Responsibilities include managing the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, developing and executing short- and long-term recruitment strategies, and ensuring enrollment targets are met.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, able to communicate clearly in both Spanish and English, with a curiosity about contemporary culture and fashion. They should enjoy diverse projects, quickly grasp new concepts, and uphold the Vogue global brand. This role offers insights into admissions strategies, including prospective student engagement, data analysis, and market research. The Associate Director will also develop inclusive outreach efforts to build strong relationships with prospects and partner schools, supporting Vogue’s mission to enroll students who will thrive and contribute to the community.
This position reports to the Global Head of Admissions and the Director of Marketing and Admissions in Spain.
