Responsibilities Mandatory : Good knowledge Linux / Unix and Windows environment; Good knowledge of networking concepts; Good knowledge of scripting and batches; Good knowledge of Cloud fundamentals; Good knowledge of automation (Python, ansible, terraform, ...)

Expected : Ability to understand and work with a complex and distributed production environment; Ability to produce high quality documentation; Open to take-up responsibilities as and when needed; Analytical skill to understand user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing job flows and schedules systems; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; helps contribute to timely completion of project deliverables well short of schedule

Plus : C++ Administration experience; On-call experience; API knowledge; File transfers; Plugins experience; High availability experience; Azure experience; ServiceNow ITSM tool experience
