About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Director to lead our online sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive business success through innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Business Development :
Develop and execute a comprehensive online sales strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
E-Commerce Channel Management :
Oversight of the conversion funnel, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Management of product updates, categories, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Performance :
Participation in traffic acquisition campaign design and execution, working closely with the Media team.
Analysis of results and strategic adjustments to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS).
CRM & Customer Loyalty :
Coordination with the CRM team on email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation.
Development of strategies for retention, upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty programs.
Analytics & Reporting :
Monitoring of key KPIs, including traffic, conversion, bounce rate, average order value, lifetime value, and churn.
Utilization of tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, Klaviyo, and Shopify Analytics.
Vendor & Platform Management :
Coordination with development, performance, CRM, and UX design agencies.
Ensuring the proper functioning of the content management system (CMS) and integrated tools.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty, luxury, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
Native Spanish proficiency and high-level English language skills (C1 minimum).
Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly Shopify.
Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Data Studio.
Knowledge of CRM / email automation platforms, specifically Klaviyo.
Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), meta ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and user-generated content (UGC).
