Technical Director – Responsible Person (GDP) | Pharma Distribution | Gavà (Barcelona)

Location : Gavà (Barcelona) – Hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary : €55,000 – €70,000 + private Adeslas health insurance

The Challenge : Technical Director / Responsible Person – GDP

The Iberian subsidiary (Barcelona – Gavà) is now celebrating its 3rd year and entering a new phase of integration, transformation, and expansion. They are looking for a Technical Director who will not only ensure the highest level of compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) but also bring vision, strategy, and energy to help build the next chapter from within.

This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It’s for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, drive change, and leave a lasting impact.

Your key responsibilities (and why they matter) :

• Ensure GDP compliance : You will be the cornerstone that guarantees the integrity of the Quality Management System (QMS) in distribution — essential for trust from both authorities and partners.
• Direct liaison with authorities : You will represent the company before AEMPS (Spain) and INFARMED (Portugal), acting as a key figure during inspections, audits, and regulatory validations.
• Comprehensive quality management : You will make strategic decisions on returned, withdrawn, or falsified products, approve suppliers and customers, and lead recalls with surgical precision.
• Global quality involvement (20%) : You will participate in international initiatives alongside the team of Technical Directors in Poland, connecting Iberia with the global quality strategy.
• Operational leadership : Reporting to the MD, you will work from the Gavà site with a team of 12, directly leading three collaborators (operations, administration, and warehouse), driving agility and team cohesion.
• Real transformation : You will actively contribute to the evolution of a young subsidiary backed by a strong global group — integrating processes, improving structures, and accelerating growth.
