Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of the European HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business and driving forward our HR initiatives.
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
Support HR Shared Services (HRSSC), including employment contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-3 years of HR-related experience, preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.
Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Self-motivated, proactive, with strong accountability and team spirit.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.
