As part of their global expansion, they are seeking a motivated Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with their carrier partners.
Role Overview :
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for global mobile carrier partners, leading contract negotiations and managing operational processes to ensure successful, long term partnerships. You will help strengthen their global eSIM network and collaborate with internal teams to optimize these relationships.
Responsibilities :
Develop and manage strong relationships with global mobile carriers, leading negotiations to secure competitive agreements.
Lead and oversee contract negotiations to optimize pricing, service features, and technology integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintain carrier agreements efficiently.
Continuously assess market trends, carrier performance, and partnership success to drive strategic improvements.
Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end carrier management, from onboarding to contract renewal, reducing inefficiencies.
