We seek a seasoned Senior Luxury Real Estate Business Development Lead to spearhead our office. This opportunity presents a chance to take on a leadership role in one of the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in Southern Europe.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and lead business development strategies for the region.
• Oversee a team of agents and assistants, setting clear objectives and driving high performance.
• Maintain profitability and growth of the business unit, meeting sales targets.
• Represent the brand, fostering relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify market opportunities and implement growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure client experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and report regularly to the Regional Director and senior leadership.
• Pursue top talent within the office.
