Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior AIX Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a lead customer issue resolution expert and assume ownership of all assigned tickets.
• Provide systems engineering support for clients in a 24 / 7 service organization, ensuring high levels of technical expertise and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other technical specialists to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Effectively negotiate with peers and customers to implement technical solutions.
• Maintain current industry certification levels and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
• Analyze complex technical problems and create innovative solutions using existing techniques and tools.
• Perform tasks according to established standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop and recommend technical alternatives involving technology, methodologies, tools, processes, and solution components.
• Support project managers by providing technical coordination and ensuring seamless project execution.
• Liaise with relevant teams to inform clients about progress and issues related to Unix server management, ensuring a smooth transition to server management.
