Technical Yacht Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Yacht Support Manager to join our team in Palma de Mallorca. As a leading prestige sailing yacht company, we require someone with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

This role is key to ensuring that yacht owners, captains, and crews receive exceptional support throughout the yacht's lifecycle. You will be responsible for overseeing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, refit projects, and technical upgrades.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, refit projects, and technical upgrades.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to yacht crews, ensuring systems' reliability and performance.
• Monitor and manage relationships with local service providers and subcontractors.

About You :

We are looking for an ex-engineer with direct onboard experience, ideally with a sailing yacht background. You should have 5–7 years of experience in aftersales, service management, or technical operations within the superyacht or sailing yacht sector.
