Yacht Technical Liaison Specialist

Job Description :

The Aftersales Manager role entails acting as the primary technical liaison for yachts operating in the Mediterranean, ensuring seamless aftersales support and coordination of refit and maintenance planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding warranty lists, liaising with captains and crew, owners' teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage warranty lists to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Liaise and coordinate with yacht stakeholders to provide seamless aftersales support.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, refit projects, and technical upgrades.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to yacht crews to ensure systems' reliability and performance.
• Monitor and manage relationships with local service providers and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed reports and feedback for internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
• Represent the company at yacht events as a trusted technical ambassador.
