As a Senior Broadcast Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring DAZN’s basketball productions are delivered to the highest standards — on time, on budget, and with flawless execution. This is a high-profile role where your passion for basketball, production expertise, and organisational skills will help shape the way fans experience the ACB and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing Oversee the day-to-day coordination of live basketball productions, acting as a bridge between DAZN, federations, host broadcasters, facilities providers, and freelance crews. From logistics and accreditation to budgets and broadcast delivery, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that every production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to world-class standards.

Support non-live and studio basketball content, and occasionally travel to venues across Spain to provide on-site production support.

Be based in our Madrid office and contribute to on-site production operations as required.

What You'll Bring A strong passion for basketball (especially the ACB), with drive, determination, and resilience.

Experience managing production budgets, including reporting and cost control.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work across complex sports calendars.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with federations, suppliers, freelancers, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to perform under pressure while guiding colleagues and external partners to meet delivery standards.

Strong skills in Excel and budget documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Office a plus.

Experience line-managing staff or freelancers in a production environment.

Solid understanding of technical workflows and broadcast delivery requirements.

High emotional intelligence with a diplomatic, solution-focused approach to challenges.

A broad knowledge of sport, with a particular focus on Spanish basketball.
