About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding customers from the point of purchase, leading onboarding processes, and ensuring they get maximum value from our products.
Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals, and how our products can help them achieve them.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills in English (High level of B2) and an Engineering degree or equivalent experience in electrical trading teams.
You will also be responsible for providing feedback from existing customer requests to Product, collecting and internally passing on user feedback, and identifying new opportunities for product extension by coordinating closely with sales teams.
