About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for Revolut's telecom services, including eSIM and upcoming mobile plans. You'll be our in-house telecom compliance authority, building frameworks from scratch and partnering closely with product leadership to ensure we meet regulatory requirements while enabling innovation.

What you'll be doing

• Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD, and offering solutions to compliance problem statements, specific to our telecommunications department
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
• Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
• Identifying potential regulatory compliance and conduct risks in our telecommunications offerings, and driving implementation of controls to ensure we operate within our risk appetite
• Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
• Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
• Reviewing marketing materials and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements
• Ensuring risk management processes for customer operations are robust and occur in a timely manner
• Identifying regulatory challenges and addressing / implementing changes promptly
• Liaising with key stakeholders as required, both internal (Legal, Risk, MLRO, etc.) and external (regulators, advisors, vendors, partners, etc.)
