About the role : Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to ensure products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk. We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager to own regulatory compliance for Revolut’s telecom services, including eSIM and upcoming mobile plans. You’ll be our in-house telecom compliance authority, building frameworks from scratch and partnering with product leadership to enable compliant innovation.

What you’ll be doing fills the responsibilities below.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD, and offering solutions to compliance problem statements specific to our telecommunications department.
• Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams.
• Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
• Identifying potential regulatory compliance and conduct risks in our telecommunications offerings, and driving implementation of controls to operate within our risk appetite.
• Creating innovative strategies to stay ahead of regulatory challenges.
• Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process.
• Reviewing marketing materials and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.
• Ensuring risk management processes for customer operations are robust and timely.
• Identifying regulatory challenges and addressing / implementing changes promptly.
• Liaising with key stakeholders as required (internal : Legal, Risk, MLRO; external : regulators, advisors, vendors, partners).
