Embrace this opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that values work-life balance, professional development, and a supportive, inclusive workplace culture.- Work Monday to Friday (No weekends), 09 : 00-18 : 00.Qualifications- Fluent in French Language at a C2 Level.- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.- Candidates are required to have a hardwired internet connection (Ethernet) to access Bosch / 's work-from-home platforms. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the need to work from the office.- Candidates must be based in Barcelona. While remote work is allowed, a Barcelona location is required to ensure availability for regular in-office activities such as training, quality assessments, and daily operations when needed.
