Your Qualifications
- Are proficient or bilingual in English.
- Have 1–3 years of customer service, inside sales, or chat support experience (especially in tech or electronics).
- Have a passion for or experience with technology and HP products.
- Communicate with clarity and empathy—written and spoken.
- Are confident working on camera and presenting products.
- Are skilled with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and digital sales platforms.
- Are friendly, self-driven, positive, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Are a team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
What you will do
Engage with B2B customers via live chat, email, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and recommend suitable HP products.Demonstrate HP products and features via video call.Convert inbound / outbound chat conversations into qualified leads and sales, helping to increase sales and market share.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer profiles.Deliver excellent customer service by answering queries efficiently and confidently.Maintain expert knowledge of HP’s offerings, market trends, and competitors.Manage CRM records accurately, logging all interactions and pipeline stages.Support marketing campaigns, scriptwriting, translations, and training material development.Assist with inventory reporting, merchandising, and occasional filming support, including possible after-hours tasks.Handle multiple conversations professionally in a fast-paced environment.What’s in it for you
