Sales Engineer for North - West Iberian Peninsula

Your Key Responsibilities

• Area of responsibility : North - West Iberian Peninsula
• Act as Account Owner, managing all Schaeffler activities with assigned customers and prospects across all sales channels.
• Steer and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage budget responsibilities for revenue, profitability, and growth within compliance and applicable rules (e.g., competition law).
• Actively acquire OEM / MRO business through solution, product, and service sales (cross-selling) and develop new accounts.
• Negotiate prices and contracts within relevant approval guidelines.
• Understand sector-specific challenges, needs, and pain points (technical and commercial), along with Schaeffler's sector-specific product, service, and solutions portfolio.
• Document market potentials, opportunities, customer contacts, and activities in CRM.
• Manage sales planning and budgeting ("Sales360").
• Contribute to and implement sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Support partners in OEM / MRO sectors through active acquisition, marketing, and training.
• Establish and maintain contacts with sector-relevant associations and organizations for strategic market development.
• Conduct market research, including competition analysis.
• Create bearing maps for focus sectors and applications, maintenance intervals, and understand end-customer purchasing behavior.
• Participate in customer visits with partners, adhering to legal requirements.
• Provide technical support to partners in relevant sectors.
