Global Project Leader

Key Responsibilities
As a Global Project Leader, you will lead the delivery of projects and programmes for European institutions and other public-sector clients. You will ensure initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed objectives and quality standards.
- Manage project resources (lead the project team)
- Create project plans & monitor project plan execution
- Ensure quality of the projects
- Deliver projects on time, in scope and budget
- Manage design principles, business requirements gathering and alignment with the client and project scope
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
- Participate in business development activities, leading proposals preparation or contributing in specific elements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in project managementKnowledge about the European Institutions ecosystem and an interest in developing a career in an International Organisations ecosystemProven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the public sector or similarly regulated environmentsExcellent communication skills in English; the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiencesWe offer a competitive compensation package, flexible working model, and continuous learning opportunities.
