~ Strong expertise in
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

– proficiency in at least one platform is mandatory.
~ Proven experience designing and developing
ETL processes
(extraction, transformation, loading) for large-scale HR data migrations.
~ Solid background in
integration architecture
, including APIs, web services, message queues, and secure data exchange.
~ Experience supporting
production environments
: incident management, problem resolution, change control, and root cause analysis.
~ Knowledge of
automation tools
such as
Autosys

PowerShell
for job scheduling and operational efficiency.
~ Familiarity with

or equivalent for performance and availability tracking.
