About the Role :

We are looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead our Experimentation & Optimization team. This is a deeply technical, hands-on leadership role focused on owning the architecture, development, and delivery of our A / B testing platform. As a supportive manager, you will manage a small team of developers and consultants while also serving as the primary technical authority on experimentation. You will partner with Product and Marketing leaders to translate their strategies into scalable, and high-quality A / B tests. You will report to the Engineering Director.
