Descripción del trabajoWe are looking for a motivated HR Specialist a Spanish citizen fluent in Turkish and English—to join our team and support HR operationsThis on-site position requires employees to be fluent in Turkish and English Managing end-to-end recruitment processes Building and maintaining the candidate pipeline Supporting onboarding and employee experience HR documentation and reporting Collaborating with teams Contributing to internal culture and HR improvements Spanish citizenship (mandatory) Fluency in Turkish + good command of English (mandatory) Experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in an international team Familiarity with MS Office and CRM / HR tools International and multicultural work environment Modern office in the heart of Barcelona Professional growth and career development opportunities Dynamic, innovative and supportive HR team Involvement in global projects
