Role Description

We are seeking a Token Operations Specialist to manage the operational processes behind token issuance, distribution, and lifecycle management across the Local Token Exchange ecosystem. This full time remote role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, and partnership teams, as well as external partners such as exchanges, wallets, and liquidity providers.

You will ensure tokens are deployed effectively, integrated across multiple blockchain networks, and managed throughout their full lifecycle. This role requires strong knowledge of tokenomics, DeFi operations, and the ability to maintain smooth coordination in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in tokenomics, token management, DeFi operations, or a related blockchain role
• Strong understanding of token standards such as ERC 20 and ERC 721 and their use in DeFi ecosystems
• Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges, wallet providers, and DeFi protocols
• Ability to manage token issuance, distribution processes, and ongoing operational tasks
• Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and capacity to collaborate across teams
