Overview Identity, Authentication and SSO Professional
As a valued member of our Identity, Authentication and SSO Team, you will provide expert support for application owners on our IAM services.
Mission Statement The team provides advanced IAM tools for all applications within the group, including a repository for human and non-human identities attributes, a directory for business or technical teams, authentication tools, SSO services, automation, and auto-enrolment services.
Job Responsibilities Daily support to application owners
Respond to standard questions / requests via channel Teams
Respond to SNOW ticketing regarding standard requests
Analysis and proposal for non-standard request with Expertise Team support
Decline request that cannot be processed or submit necessary changes to the Expertise Team
Communication about service events (Incident, Change)
Continuous improvement of documentation and automated processes
Incident Management : Monitor activity of services to act or alert, analyze and correct quickly (critical services)
Required Skills and Qualifications Education Level : Master\'s Degree or equivalent
Experience Level : At least 5 years
Experience : Expertise in SAML / OIDC / OAuth / LDAP / API Rest
Minimum 2-4 years' experience in IAM (authentication and SSO)
Technical expertise in IT / Cloud infrastructures, usual products, and technologies
Knowledge in communicating and implementing good security practices
Critical mind, good analytical and synthesis skills
Rigor, curiosity, autonomy, involvement, availability, and taste for teamwork
Ability to listen and communicate to convince, adapting to one's interlocutors
Ability to take a step back and formalize needs, write synthesis documents, and report on work
Very good command of English (written / spoken)
French speaking will be appreciated
