Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sectors.

Please note :

While this is a remote role, occasional travel is required—approximately 1–2 days per month, primarily to Madrid and Barcelona (frequency may vary depending on project needs).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Provide structured project reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.
• Organize and attend in-person meetings or workshops (mainly in Madrid or Barcelona) as required.
• Maintain clear communication and proactive issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
