We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team. You’ll have significant experience in sales compensation or a related field, with strong knowledge of Xactly Incent. In this role, you’ll help shape and manage our compensation plans, solve complex challenges, improve processes, and create scalable solutions that support our growing organisation.
Responsibilities Administer Xactly Incent, including plan setup, quota management, crediting, and monthly commission calculations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex compensation issues by analysing data to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
Partner with Finance, Sales Operations, and HR to ensure compensation plans align with business priorities.
Produce accurate reporting and analysis that delivers insights and supports informed decision-making.
Contribute to compensation plan modelling and scenario analysis to assess design changes or new structures.
Enhance operations by streamlining processes, improving reporting, and maintaining documentation for consistency and compliance.
What You Bring To The Team A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field – or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in sales compensation, finance or sales operations.
Strong knowledge of Xactly Incent.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complexity and ambiguity.
Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and reporting.
A keen eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
