We're revolutionizing the corporate travel industry by connecting people in a sustainable and enjoyable way. Our team of A-players is made up of innovators from the travel and technology sectors.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective customers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a seasoned sales team and benefit from substantial professional development possibilities.

You'll work closely with our Sales Executives to generate interest and qualify leads for our disruptive product. Your goal will be to understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that our platform provides.

The ideal candidate will have native-level Spanish skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a strong understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle. They'll also be highly motivated, ambitious, and able to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate leads and schedule product demonstrations between our Sales Executives and potential clients
  • Generate outbound activity and run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers
  • Use Salesforce to manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities

Bonus points for : Previous Business Development or sales experience and knowledge of Salesforce or similar platforms.

    We take a human-first approach to work, where our team collaborates together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Barcelona hub (office locations). We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in-person to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity, and ultimately making us a great place to work.
