We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Key Account Manager to strengthen our client's presence in the professional distribution channel. This position is key to developing long-term partnerships with strategic clients such as wholesalers, installer networks, and sector specialists.
The KAM will be responsible for identifying opportunities, driving commercial agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of TOYOTOMI’s sales strategy with key professional partners.
Responsibilities
- Gain, manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the professional channel (distributors, large installers, and buying groups).
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth strategy in Spain.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, annual contracts, and promotional plans in coordination with the Sales Director.
- Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to ensure excellent service and execution.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events relevant to the professional sector.
Formal requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.A Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is highly valued.3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years managing key accounts in the professional channel, preferably in HVAC , appliances, construction, or technical equipment.Experience working with distributors, installers, and wholesalers is essential.Fluent in English.Based in Madrid, with availability to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
