Junior HR Controller

How will it be to work with us?

• Keep our workforce data organized : You’ll maintain a clear, up-to-date view of our global headcount, helping teams stay aligned and informed.
• Help shape salary budgets : Support the creation of annual salary plans and keep monthly forecasts running smoothly.
• Make performance count : Assist in tracking KPIs and achievement levels to help calculate fair and accurate bonus payouts.
• Keep an eye on HR costs : Work with external HR providers and our Cost Control team to manage budgets and spot any gaps.
• Be the data gatekeeper : Collect and clean HR data from multiple sources, making sure it’s reliable and ready for action, this includes HRIS platforms.
• Turn numbers into insights : Build dashboards and reports that reveal trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization.
• Collaborate and advise : Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their challenges and deliver insights they can act on.
• Tell stories with data : Create visuals and presentations that make complex information easy to understand—and impossible to ignore.
