Your Role :

As Front Desk Manager you will lead the reception team and support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include :

Guest Experience & Front Desk Operations

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure swift resolution of guest issues.
• Oversee daily cash transactions and maintain accurate
