Overview
ADP is hiring a Payroll Portuguese Specialist. In this role, you will work with a portfolio of Portuguese payroll clients based all over the world from 1 to 2000 employees.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll :
- Manage the assigned client portfolio, complying with the deadlines agreed in each process and ensuring optimum quality in the results delivered.
- Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes carried out and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in the service.
- Participate in internal projects to implement new tools or processes.
- Be responsible for ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, with attention to payroll updates, tax laws, benefit plans, deductions, and labor regulations.
- Learn about payroll system upgrades, automation tools, or reporting features.

2-4 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge of Portuguese labor lawKnowledge of payroll and HR software and applicationsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelExperience processing more than 1000 payrollsKnowledge of DMR / Social SecurityProcessing of new hires and terminationsBonus Points
