Overview
We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative (m / f / d) to join our Global Key Account Management team in Barcelona. In this role, you will support order processing and assist throughout the entire process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Quotation and order processing for our luminaires and lighting solutions
- Contact person for our customers in terms of order handling and processing complaints
- Sourcing and overseeing local quotations from distributors
- Close cooperation with key departments such as production, procurement, and operations
- General administrative tasks to ensure high-quality customer support
Qualifications and skills
Relevant educational background in a technical or business-related fieldProven experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service, Sales Support, or Operations ManagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German and French are a plusProficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / AX)Strong customer-focused mindset and service orientationProactive, self-motivated personality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAdditional information
