The Opportunity
Are you passionate about improving internal processes, implementing smart tools, and collaborating across departments? At Kube, we're looking for a Project Manager to lead key tool implementations (CRM, ATS, ERP, etc.) and process optimization initiatives that support our international growth.
You’ll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Operations), playing a central role in making our internal operations more efficient, scalable, and user-friendly. We're looking for someone who is strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects from concept to completion.
What will you be doing?
Project & Tool Implementation
- Lead end-to-end implementation of internal systems (CRM, ERP, ATS, etc.)
- Build detailed project plans with timelines, resources, milestones, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure delivery on time and within scope
Process Optimization
Analyze and document current workflows and identify inefficienciesDesign scalable, efficient processes aligned with business needsAlign practices across departments to ensure consistency and usabilityChange Management & Adoption
Support tool adoption through training, documentation, and follow-upGather feedback post-implementation and continuously improve workflowsEnsure clear communication and buy-in from all stakeholdersStakeholder Coordination
Act as a bridge between business teams, tech teams, and vendorsTranslate business needs into technical requirements and vice versaReporting & Evaluation
Monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgetsAssess ROI and business impact of implemented tools and improvementsAbout Kube

What we’re looking for
Experience in consulting or similar environments, managing cross-functional projectsFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, Asana, etc.Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with process mapping and implementation of digital toolsKnowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies — certification is a strong plusFrench fluent + fluent English, Spanish would be a plusBased in Barcelona or eligible to work in Spain (EU citizenship or valid work permit)Perks & Benefits
