Overview : We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join a leading company in the automotive sector in El Vallés Occidental . This role focuses on managing plastic and aesthetic parts projects, ensuring successful execution from development to production.

Languages : High level of English and Spanish required. German is a plus.

Availability to travel (mainly national trips).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate projects related to plastic and aesthetic parts within the automotive industry.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects, managing schedules, risks, and deliverables.
  • Act as the main contact between internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Monitor quality, cost, and timing to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the automotive sector .
  • Strong knowledge of plastic and aesthetic parts manufacturing processes .
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and suppliers.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset , with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
