About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creation Intern who will work closely with the Growth Manager to grow Ironhack’s visibility and engagement globally. This role is hands-on and creative : you’ll be creating videos, testing new content formats, and learning how to leverage AI tools to boost performance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Film and edit short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Be comfortable in front of the camera to create authentic, engaging content.
  • Support the organization of assets for global paid performance campaigns.
  • Explore and test AI tools to create and optimize content, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
  • Stay up to date with social media and cultural trends to inspire new content ideas.
  • Assist with additional growth-related projects when needed.

Is this You?

  • You have previous exposure or a strong interest in social media, content creation, or marketing.
  • You enjoy being on camera and are comfortable filming yourself.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and trends.
  • Passionate about learning video editing and exploring new tools.
  • Excited to collaborate, take feedback, and grow in a supportive environment.
