Collection Specialist

As a Credit & Collections Specialist for Denmark , you will be responsible for managing credit risk and collection activities across multiple business units (X-SBU), primarily within the Architectural segment. Working closely with a Danish colleague based in Søborg, you will ensure timely payments, maintain accurate records, and support customer relationships while adhering to PPG’s credit policies and procedures.

Location : This position can be based in Rubí, Spain or Brno, Czech Republic

Key Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in credit & collections or customer service
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Service‑minded and empathetic approach to customer interactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (AX preferred)
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a matrix organization
