OSAPIENS – Join us in building a sustainable future! We are looking for a visionary Quality Assurance Lead to define and champion what high-quality software means at osapiens. As part of our Business Partner Transparency (BPT) team – the largest and most strategic application development team at osapiens – you will be responsible for ensuring that our BPT product suite within the oapiens HUB platform set the standards for resilience, compliance, and excellence. Your role will be to establish and drive a culture of quality across engineering, product, and delivery to make sure these critical solutions perform at their very best.

As a QA Lead, you will combine hands-on technical leadership with the ability to set strategy, influence engineering culture, and inspire a team to deliver world-class software. You will be both a builder and a guide, embedding quality practices across the product lifecycle and ensuring we ship solutions that are stable, secure, and impactful.

Your Mission

As a QA Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Business Partner Transparency (BPT) within our osapiens HUB. This enterprise-grade platform helps companies comply with critical ESG regulations like :

• The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) – ensuring suppliers uphold human rights and environmental standards.
• The Whistleblower Directive – providing secure, anonymous reporting channels.
• The Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) – upcoming EU-wide sustainability compliance.

This position is based in Madrid, where you will collaborate with a talented and forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model with a minimum of three days a week in the office to strike the right balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.
