Overview

Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to ensure the highest quality of solutions that drive business growth in the Banking and Payments domain.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and mitigate defects, ensuring seamless integration with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test cases and scripts using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop thorough test plans.
  • Perform API, functional, component, and regression testing to validate product functionality.
  • Analyze test results, document outcomes, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and report defects; collaborate with developers to resolve them efficiently.
  • Participate in incident management and assist UAT teams in resolving critical issues.
  • Apply analytical thinking to detect patterns and improve testing efficiency.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a QA tester, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Native Spanish Speaker and Advanced level of English (C1).
  • Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL databases, and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plan, Oracle DB, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Knowledge of banking and payments domain is a must.
