As a Lead .NET Developer , you’ll take a hands-on leadership role in designing and building full-stack applications that combine .NET (Framework / Core) , Python , and modern front-end technologies like React or Angular . You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and DevOps integration.

This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in agile environments and enjoys driving technical excellence within a collaborative, global team.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications built in .NET (Framework / Core) and Python (Flask) .
• Develop intuitive and responsive UIs using React or Angular (Material UI, Tailwind).
• Collaborate with Product Management and Business Analysts to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications across Windows and Linux environments.
• Work in Agile / Scrum workflows, managing tasks through Jira and ticket-based systems.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
