Responsibilities As Formador / a Orientador / a de Empleabilidad, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and facilitating group workshops and individual sessions oriented to job insertion, skills development and improving employability. You will develop innovative activities that boost participants' motivation and provide practical tools for integration into the labor market.
Plan and deliver formative sessions and workshops related to active job search, labor insertion and development of competencies.
Main duties Conduct individual and group sessions to accompany participants in career guidance processes.
Design dynamics and practical activities focused on acquiring job-related skills and competencies.
Prepare training materials, work guides and documentation associated with the actions carried out.
Collaborate in recruiting and mobilizing participants through outreach and direct contact actions.
Coordinate with the technical team for follow-up and evaluation of activities.
Requirements Completed university degree.
Minimum 150 hours of training in programs related to active employment policies.
Experience managing and developing at least 3 projects related to active employment policies.
Minimum 2 years of experience delivering individual sessions and group workshops related to employment insertion, job training, career guidance for active job search and / or job prospecting.
Additional experience in dynamic, innovative activities and use of tools aimed at improving employability.
Must be able to sign an agreement with a university / training center.
