In 2016 our founders wanted to feed their dogs - named Edgard and Cooper - pet food they could feel good about. The kind of food that was as good for the planet as it was for their pets. But when they couldnt find this they decided to make their own. Now 9 years later our pack has 200 employees and we are beyond proud to be part of the B Corp movement.

What type of breed are we looking for

Do you believe pets deserve better food and love turning that belief into action Were looking for a natural-born connector to grow Edgard & Coopers presence in Madrid.

As our new Field Sales & Brand Ambassador youll be the bridge between our brand and the shops that share our values. Your days will mix relationship-building with strategic hustle : nurturing existing retail partnerships solving problems before they arise and making sure every partner feels supported.

But you wont stop there. Youll also scout exciting new locations to welcome into the Edgard & Cooper family using your charm and know-how to show store owners why our products belong on their shelves. Whether its coaching staff planning local promotions or simply being the friendly face of our brand youll turn retail spaces into pet nutrition hotspots.

If youre the kind of person who gets energy from connecting with others loves seeing tangible results from your work and maybe sneaks a treat to the shops resident dog this could be your perfect match.

What will be in your bowl

  • Transform stores into Edgard & Cooper hotspots set up eye-catching displays run tastings and launch local promotions.
  • Train shop teams teach them all about our products so they sell with confidence.
  • Hunt for new pet shops & stores to partner with Edgard & Cooper find the best spots in your region!
  • Convince store owners to join us show them why pets (and their humans) will love our natural food.
  • Share whats happening locally tell us about competitors customer feedback and cool ideas for the region.
  • Run fun local events bring our national campaigns to life in your area (think pet parties sampling days!).
  • Be the face of Edgard & Cooper chat with store staff pet parents and make friends everywhere.
  • Track your wins report which activities drive sales and where we can improve.

What skills & tricks should you bring

  • 1 year experience in field sales account management or a similar role where youve built relationships and driven results
  • A passion for connecting with people youre as comfortable chatting with store owners as you are sharing our story
  • Natural storyteller you make our mission (and products) irresistible (Spanish native good level of English)
  • Negotiation skills you find win-win solutions that grow partnerships
  • Organized & proactive you manage your territory time and targets with focus
  • Problem-solving mindset when challenges pop up youre already on it
  • Tech-friendly MS Office (especially Excel) is part of your toolkit
  • Must-haves : Driving license (your region is waiting) based near Madrid (you know the local landscape)
  • For this position only candidates with the right to work in their location will be considered and visa sponsorship is not available.
