Our spa welcomes up to 70 guests and provides rejuvenating experiences that combine century-old rituals with contemporary sophistication. The spa features Nordic saunas, steam rituals, soothing massages, and a Nordic-inspired culinary offering led by a Michelin-starred chef. Our mission is to create a sanctuary of cultural fusion, luxury, and authentic high-end experiences in the heart of Barcelona.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Porvapor, located in Barcelona. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including preparing high-quality meals, overseeing kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The Sous Chef will also contribute to menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. This role is vital in delivering our Nordic-inspired culinary experience and maintaining our high standards of food quality and presentation.
