A rapidly growing, well-funded deep-tech company at the forefront of quantum computing and artificial intelligence is searching for a Director of Platform Engineering (Cloud Infrastructure) to join the rapidly expanding, multicultural team.

The company develops hyper-efficient software solutions designed to give companies a competitive edge through quantum computing and artificial intelligence.

This is a Hybrid opportunity working out of the HQ in San Sebastian, Spain.

What You'll Do :

Reporting to the CTO, you'll be pivotal in shaping our cloud strategy and enabling business growth :

• Build & Lead Teams : Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world-class platform engineering team.
• Architect & Scale : Define and implement scalable DevOps and MLOps infrastructure.
• Drive SaaS Transformation : Lead our shift to a robust SaaS product.
• Optimize Cloud : Leverage expertise in AWS and Azure to build an efficient, fully cloud-driven model.
• Manage Scale : Oversee significant computational loads for a 100+ engineer company.
• Communicate : Effectively convey complex technical concepts to leadership.
