Your Mission

Ignion seeks an experienced IT Manager to bridge internal technology operations and external vendor delivery across its corporate infrastructure and Oxion platform. The role requires end-to-end ownership of infrastructure, platform reliability, cybersecurity, and vendor performance. As Ignion scales its SaaS offerings and ERP backbone, this individual will be responsible for ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing systems that support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure and vendor coordination

• Lead the day-to-day general IT coordination.
• Own the IT asset inventory, service quality, and device lifecycle management.
• Manage internal helpdesk policies, onboarding / offboarding, and license provisioning.

Platform operations (Oxion)

Cybersecurity and compliance

Strategic project enablement
