Overview

We are seeking a Technology Consultant to join Global Manufacturing Excellence Digitalization and Technology Division(D&TD).

GME is the recognized Center of Excellence driving value across Saudi Aramco’s Downstream Global manufacturing portfolio. D&TD are responsible for leading the technology function collaborating across various downstream functions and at a corporate level.

Your primary role is to support the development and deployment of technology management programs aimed at providing technical support across Saudi Aramco Global Manufacturing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Technologies across the downstream portfolio including petrochemical facilities, refineries, terminals and bulk plants as well as gas plants.
• Develop comprehensive value adding technology roadmaps aligned to business challenges such as energy optimization, sustainability, plant availability, debottlenecking and process optimization.
• Accelerate technology deployment working closely with internal and external execution agencies and vendors.
• Conduct feasibility studies including technical and economic evaluation of solutions, platforms, and new technologies.
• Perform technologies scouting to enable the identification of innovative and value adding technologies.
• Develop business case and cost / benefit analysis for technologies deployment.
• Work with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver comprehensive solutions that address both technical and business requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the progress and benefits of technology initiatives to peers, relevant stakeholders and senior management.
• Collaborate with technology providers in developing and conducting tailored training content and programs to support the implementation and adoption of technologies by end-users.
• Recognize and introduce necessary changes to standards and governance.
• Stay abreast of global and regional Oil and Gas industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact technology implementations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and standards, and evaluating solution implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and consultant level support to technology design, development and execution or operational teams.
