You can help identify inefficiencies, support process optimization, assist with digital transformation projects, develop programs, track progress, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance processes and drive meaningful improvements.
Research and evaluate digital tools and technologies for process enhancement.
Support the implementation and training of new digital solutions.
Develop and test programs or tools to automate and optimize workflows.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Gather and analyze data to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, tools, and project outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Spanish and B2-C1 level of English.
Project Management : Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to Detail : Precise in analyzing data and documenting processes.
Knowledge of Python / RPA / SAP would be an asset
